KAGAWA might be said to hometown of Udon (wheat - flour noodle) and Bonsai. As Kagawa calls itself  ‘Udon Prefecture’, its consumption is very high, and actually resident who doesn’t eat Udon even once a week, is only one among 10 people.
Japan's Bonsai is well known to the world, but it is not well known that its 80% is brought up in Kagawa.
